Hey,

Right now I know as a fact that

\((1+x/n)^n = e^x \)

However, I'm not sure what happens when

\(((1+x/n)^n)^2 = ???\)

Or even when

\((1-x/n)^n\)

Simplify [(1 + x/n)^n]^2 =((n + x)/n)^(2 n)

Simplify (1 - x/n)^n = (-(x - n)/n)^n

You've not got it quite right!  You need to take the limit as n tends to infinity to get the exponential function:
