We can get rid of the parenthesees since only addition is happening between them.

−6x² − 10 + 5x² + 6x − 5

 

Now just combine like terms. We can rearrange it first to make it easier to see.

−6x² + 5x² + 6x − 10 − 5

 

−x² + 6x − 15
