sin B / b  =  sin A / a

sin B  /  .6   =   sin (30) / 1.3       multiply by .6 on both sides

sin B   =  (.6 / 1.3) sin (30)

sin B  =  (.6 / 1.3) (1/2)

sin B  =  (.3 / 1.3)       take the sine inverse

arcsin (.3 / 1.3)  = B   ≈  13.34°
