My equation is the one on top. You can see it goes up. Your goes sideways like it is suppose to.

These look like they are the same equation but it it wrong because I use capital letter Y instead of small y. I work on this for 2 hours and it drive me crazy and I not know it make a difference using capital and small letter until now. I thought I did check that but I only make the x small on the left side.

 

It is a good thing to know that Desmos sometimes not work right if you use capital letters.

The interpretation that Desmos has made there is really weird! 

It has interpreted the capital Y as a little x an the cpaital X as a little y.   How very strange!

Actually, Dragonlance, I didn't know there would be any difference between the upper and lower case letters......I guess we both learned something....!!!!!  [ Desmos is sometmes finicky...... ]
