There are diffrerent ways to do this question but here is one way.
The gradient and y intercept form of a line is y=mx+b
m is the gradient and b is the y intercept.
If you look at this line it looks like it crosses the y axis at about 3.5 but this is unlikely to be exact so we do not have b yet.
The gradient = $$\frac{rise}{run}=\frac{+2}{7}$$
so we have
$$\\y=mx+b\\
y=\frac{2}{7}x+b\\
$Now substitute in any point that you know lies on the line (2,4) will do.$\\
x=2,\;y=4\;
4=\frac{2}{7}*2+b\\
4=\frac{4}{7}+b\\
4-\frac{4}{7}=b\\
b=4-\frac{4}{7}
b=3\frac{3}{7}=\frac{24}{7}\\\\
y=\frac{2}{7}x+\frac{24}{7}\\$$
