Your first answer is correct......
X intercepts.....look at this one again, NSS......doesn't the function cross the x axis in three places ???
f(-3) = abs [ 2(3) - 1 ] - 5 = abs [ 6 - 1] - 5 = abs [5] - 5 = 5 - 5 = 0
So is the second one the 3rd choice??
Look at it again......doesn't it cross the x axis at -3, 0 and 4 ???
