Slope    =      [ subtract the y coordinates in some order  ]

                    ______________________________________

                      [subtract the x coordinates in the same order ]

With this info....see if you can do the first one, NSS

For the second one   slope  = 2/7     (0, -12)

y  = slope  ( x  -  given x)  +  given y

Try this one too, NSS.....

y  = 

OK.....

(3, 2)   (5,12)

Slope  =    

Slope    =      [ subtract the y coordinates in some order  ]              [  12 - 2 ]            10

                    ______________________________________   =  _________    =   ___    =   5    

                      [subtract the x coordinates in the same order ]         [   5 - 3 ]              2

Just remember, NSS.....whatever order in which you choose to subtract the y coordinates.....the x coordinates must be subtracted in the same order.......if you don't do this....you will get the wrong answer.....
