Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally's Loud Radio

So you start with the prenthises 12/4=3

Next is exponets which there is none

Next is multiply. 7*3=21

Next is divide. 99/3=33

Next is add/left to right. 21+33+9=63

So you're final answer is 63
