How does 64^-2/3 = 1/16= 0.0625

64 ^ (-2/3)      we have the property that   a^(-m)  = 1 / a^m

 

So we can write   64^(-2/3)  as    1 / 64^(2/3)

 

And we can write this as      1 / (64^1/3)^2   =   1 / (3√64)^2  =  1 / (4)^2   =  1 / 16  = 0.0625
