You can use acrosyms to remember this

This one is so silly you will definately remember it

 

Some.  (Sin).            

Old.      (Opposite)

Hippie.  (Hypotenuse)

 

 Sin=Opposite/Hypotenuse

 

Caught.  (Cosine).       

Another.  (Ajacent)

Hippie     (Hypotenuse)

 

Cosine=Ajacent/Hypotenuse

Acid

 

Tangent= Opposite/Ajacent
