I'm using algebra tiles and have a problem i can't figure out how 4x^2-12x=9 factors

(x-1.5)^2=18/4\\
x-1.5=\pm\sqrt{(2*9/4}\\
x-1.5=\pm1.5\sqrt{2}\\
