Jude recorded the number of parents who attended the parent teacher conference each year for 7 years.
Conference Attendance:
88 73 92 15 82 85 91
Which measure of center should be used to determine the average number of parents who attend the conferences?

As stated elsewhere, unless you have a strange set of data that is bimodal (or trimodal), don't use the mode.

Use the mean unless you have a definite outlier, a number that is quite larger or quite smaller than the others.

Is there an outlier?

If so, use the median; if not, use the mean.
