The other side  =    [ 50 - 2(2x -3])] / 2  = 25 - (2x - 3)  = 28 - 2x

The area  = (2x - 3) (28 - 2x)  = - 4x^2 - 6x + 56x - 84  = - 4x^2 + 62x - 84
