The probability of getting a test statistic of at least 1.08 is (approximately) 0.14.

If you are testing the claim that p < 0.06, the answer is "no"; however, if you are testing the claim that p > 0.06, the answer is "yes". 

Usually, the claim is that p < some value, not > some value.
