The diameter of DNA is about 20 Angstrom. Express the surface area of the molecule in m^2 and in^2. (A=pi d^2) 1A= 1x10^-10; 1m=39.37 in.

It seems to me that you have nothing else to do! The DNA has a highly convoluted structure & is NOT a perfect circle!!!. Even so, it can easily be calculated, given your assumptions. I would say that it would be an exercise in futility & a waste of time! Good luck.
