i need help with the following trig questions that i need help with how to solve:
1) at what speed is a bicyclist traveling when his 27 inch diameter tires are rotating at an angular speed of 5pie radians per second?
2) a train travels at 3.5 km on a straight track with a grade of 1*10'. what is the vertical rise of the train in that distance?
3) a guy wire runs from the ground to the top of a 25 foot telephone pole. the angle formed between the wire and the ground is 52*. how far from the base of the pole is the wire attached to the ground?

1)
27"= 0,6858 m
v = W * r
v = W * d/2
v = 5rad * 3,14 * 0,6858m / 2 = 5,38 m/s

2)
1° 10' = 1,16 deg
x = l * sen(alfa) = 3500m * sen(1,16) = 70,75 m

3)
upper angle is: (90-52) = 38 deg
x = l * sen(38)
25 = l * cos(38) l = 31,725 ft
x = 19,53 ft
