Let A  =  length of one side

A  =  sqrt   [ (1 - 4)^2  + (5 - 3)^2 ]  =  sqrt [ (-3)^2  + 2^2 ]  = sqrt [13]

Let  B  =  length of perpendicular side

B  = sqrt [ (4 - 0)^2  +  ( 3 -  -3)^2 ]  =  sqrt [ 4^2  + 6^2]  =  sqrt [ 52]  = sqrt [ 4 * 13]  =

2*sqrt [13]

So.....the area  =  A * B  =  sqrt [13] * 2 sqrt [13]  = 2 * 13  =  26 units^2
