If you want to graph something, leave out the 'y=' part of the equation.
If you want the answer to a formula, use 'f(x)=' in place of 'y='
V = length * width * height
example: 2 * 3 * 4 = 24. V=24 units3
SA = length * width
example 2 * 3 = 6. SA=6 units2
