An Explanation Please???
The graph of has a x intercept at -1 (plugging in 0 for y agrees with this and the graph does). Yet since the bottom power is greater than the top power, shouldn't the horizontal asymptote be zero and not allow an x intercept?

I just dont understand why math throws these strange and wierd things at you
I have been told that 0.9999infinite is equal to 1
that 1.9999infinite is equal to 2
2.9999infinte is equal to 3
3.9999infinite is 4 and vice versa for all numbers with .9999infinite behind it.
