V(x) =  210x^2 - 4400x + 125000

 

x coordinate of the  vertex =       -(-4400)  / 210  ≈  20.95 ≈ 21

 

y coordinate of the  vertex =   210 * 21^2  -4400 (21) + 125000  = 125210

 

This means the home  is  valued at   $125210     about  21 years after 2020  =  2041
