x + 6 the fourth

So we have

x + (x + 2) + ( x + 4) + ( x + 6) < 192 simplify

4x + 12 < 192 subtract 12 from both sides

4x < 180 divide both sides by 4

x < 45

So......the greatest even integer < 45 is 44

So...the four consecutive even integers are 44 46 48 and 50

And their sum is 188
