We need to find AC

AC  =  sqrt [ 6^2 + 8^2  - 2(6)(8)cos (95) ]  ≈  10. 4 cm

And ADC forms a right triangle  with AC the hypotenuse

So

DC  = sqrt ( AC^2 - AD^2 ]

DC  =  sqrt ( 10.4^2  - 5^2 )  ≈ 9.12 cm

So....the perimeter is ≈

8 + 6 + 5 + 9.12  =   28.12 cm
