60 *60 = 3600 seconds in an hour.

Not sure what significant figure but I'll just say 4000.

212 goes to 200. 200 mph, and in seconds that is 200/4000 = 1/20

1 mile every 20 seconds.

The answer is an underestimate because the number is 212/3600 = 106/1800 and 1/20 = 90/1800

a)

  i)3600 since it is 60*60

ii)when we round it it is still 3600 or if we round 1/3600 it is about 0.00027777777...

b)so it is 1/212 and it is about 0.00471698113 to 0.0 hours or 0.283018868 to 0.3 minutes or 16.9811321 to 17.0 seconds

c)hours(underestimate) minutes(overestimate) seconds(overestimate)
