Hi there!!! So I will give you hints to get to the right direction! After these hints and parts of the soulution if you still dont understand please ask!

hints

1. The blue region is a triangle and perfictly alinged to the corners

2. If each box is 1 then you have the length and width or height and base.

3. We know that the formula for the triangle is \(\frac{(b\cdot h)}{2}\)

oh and I for somereason cant eddit my post but after you found the area of the triangle you can take that number and divide by 100 to get the persentage!

Like wolf said, calculate the triangle by l*w/2 and divide by the area of the square/grid.

we do 6*6/2=18 so we get 18/100=18% and it is 18% of this 100-square grid
