Prove that sin(30°) = sin (390°)

 

I suppose that depends on what you are allowed to use for your proof.

How about

 

sin390 = sin(360+30) = sin360cos30+sin30cos360 = 0+sin30 =sin30

Sin(390) = sin(360 + 30) = sin(30) = 1/2

Sin(360) =0

Sin(390) = sin(0 + 30) =sin(30) = 1/2
