Each circle has a radius of 5mm

And we have  4 quarter-circles with this radius......so this partial perimeter is

4 (1/4) 2 * pi * 5  =  10 pi

And the distance between each radius is 10 mm

And this distance appears 4 times  =  40mm

So....the total perimeter is   [ 10 pi + 40 ] mm
