If  the area  of PQRS  =  66 cm^2

Then

PQ * QR =   66

PQ * 12  =  66       divide both sides  by 12

PQ  =  66 / 12   =  33 /  6  =   5.5  = BC

And the perometer of  ABCD  = 30 cm

So

2 (BC  +  AB)   =   30      divide both sides  by 2

BC +  AB   = 15

5.5  + AB  = 15        subtract 5.5  from both sides

9.5  = AB
