Let us find the prime factorization of 600.

600 = 2 * 300

                / \

            2      150

                    /     \

                  2        75

                           /    \

                         3       25

and 25 is 5^2

so 2^2 * 3* 5^2

So a is 2, since it's 2^2, b is 3, since it's 3^1, and c is 5, and d is 2.
