By the binomial theorem

$$(x+a)^n = \sum\limits_{k=0}^n {n\choose k}x^ka^n^-^k$$

Now you can either spend a lifetime figuring how to solve such a massive equation (given the fact that we have 6121 terms and we're looking at x/17) or you can spend a lifetime trying to program something which will solve it for you.
