6x + 3   >  36x + 39

Subtract 6x from both sides:

        3  >  30x + 39

Subtract 39 from both sides:

     -36  >  30 x

Divide both sides by 30:  -36 / 30  =  -6/5

     -6/5  >  x

Reversing the inequality:

x  <  -6/5           (notice that, if you switch the x and the -6/5, you also have to switch the direction of                                                   the inequality sign)
