=3(4sinx)^2*4cos^2x\;+\;-sinx(4sinx)^3-[4cosx(cosx)^3+12sinx(cosx)^2*-sinx]\\\\$$

 

$$\\=12*16sin^2xcos^2x-64sin^4x-[4cos^4x-12sin^2xcos^2x]\\\\$$

And you can simplify it
