function tables will be the death of me just because they dont make sense at all and arent clear enough!! help??

--2-5? doesnt really make sense to me really.

• it says  y= -x-5
• and then it gives me a set of numbers and one of the numbers are already negitive but in the equation it already has a negitave sign?? would that make it positive??
• or would it be
