please I need help , if I learn how to do this I will be going to a maths tournament

 

2(3x - 7) + 4 (3 x + 2) = 6 (5 x + 9 ) + 3

First use distributive property to get

2(3x) - 2(7) + 4(3x) + 4(2)  = 6 (5x) + 6(9) + 3      now simplify

6x - 14 + 12x + 8 = 30x + 54 + 3                           Simplify some more

18x - 6 = 30x + 57

-63 = 12x

-63/12 = x

-5.25 =x
