I am in dire need of quadratic equation help. I have read many other websites with information but i just cant figure it out .
The equation is : -3(x-2)2 +3

-3(x-2)2 +3 = 0 subtract 3 from both sides
-3(x - 2)^2 = -3 divide both sides by -3
(x -2)^2 = 1 We could use the quadratic formula here, but the square root property is easier and faster
Take the square root of both sides
x -2 = ±√1 → x - 2 = ±1
This says that x - 2 = 1 or x - 2 = -1 adding 2 ro each side of both equations... we have that x = 3 or x = 1
