Since it is a division problem, multiply by the reciprocal:

Factored:  [ (2x - 3)(2x + 3) ] / (2x + 5) · [ (2x + 5)(2x - 5) ] / [ (2x - 3)(2x - 3) ]

Numerator:      (2x - 3)(2x + 3)(2x + 5)(2x - 5)

Denominator:  (2x + 5)(2x - 3)(2x - 3)

Cancel:                 [ (2x + 3)(2x - 5) ] / (2x - 3)

Nothing will cancel; is there a division sign between them?
