First,when you multiply two negatives you get a positive.

 

First fraction is 5/3   second is  7/2     product is   (5  x  7)/(3  x  2)  = 35/6

5 5/6 would be the answer

heres my work

 

i turned the fractions into improper fractions first, making them now -5/3 and -7/2

 

-5/3*-7/2=35/6

 

now we just divided 35/6

 

which would be 5 and 5/6
