How to convert fractions into decimals?

youre a newb! you gotta learn the Beyonce rule in order to convert fractions to decimals.

Incorrect.  If it is a rational decimal, then put a 1 and however many zeros on the bottom as the top, so example:  3.14 -> 3.14/1000.  If it's an irrational decimal, then put it over however many 9s as the digits on top, example: 3.14..... -> 3.14/999
