i didn't understand why (10^-6)/(10^-4)=0.01

(10^-6)/(10^-4)=0.01

 

$$\frac{10^{-6}}{10^{-4}}\\\\
=\frac{10^{+4}}{10^{+6}}\\\\
=\frac{10*10*10*10}{10*10*10*10*10*10}\\\\
=\frac{1}{10*10}\\\\
=\frac{1}{100}\\\\
=0.01$$
