Here it is: "A person ran three laps around the park. On each lap he made five turns to the left and no turns to the right. What was the average number of degrees in each of the guy's turns? "

 

They didn't give me the shape of the park or how many degrees even just one turn would be. How the heck am I supposed to know this???

Sounds  like  the track could be shaped like a pentagon  with a shape that looks like this:

 

To find the measure of each angle we can us this "formula" :

 

180(N - 2) / N      where N is the number of sides.....so we have

 

180 (5 - 2) / 5  =  540 / 5    =   108°

 

BTW: Even if the track is NOT in the shape of a "regular" pentagon, the average number of degrees in each turn would still be the same !!!
