I assume this is

[(1/3)-(2/3)] / [(1/6)-(5/6)] ?? ....if so, we have....

[-1/3] / [ -4 /6 ] =

[-1/3] / [-2/3] = { a negative divided by a negative is positive}

[1/3] / [2/3] =

[1/3] x [ 3/2] =

1/2
