if a card is 8.5 by 11 inch the logo needs to be 1.70 by 2.20 inches what is the scale factor of the dilation
The scale factor is 1/5th.....
Note...... 8.5 x (1/5) = 1.70 ..... and..... 11 x (1/5) = 2.2
