If the volume of a cone is 

Volume= pi*radius^2*(Height/3)

You are given a diameter, so if you divide it by two you'll get the radius.

radius= diameter/2

40mm= 80mm/2

,then you just have to plug the variables in.

Volume = pi*(40mm)^2*(120mm/3)

             =64,000*pi      or

             =201061.9298297467672616
