Hi guest, what you have written is correct but log(99) is more than 1 (unless the base is more than 99)

 

AND

sin of a number that is more than 1 is undefined.

SO

x is undefined.

 

So, if undefined fits the criterion of impossible, then it is an impossible maths problem.  :))

WolframAlpha gives the answer to your original question [ involving csc ] as  :   x ≈ 0.29001   [assuming log is base 10 log ]
