If this is supposed to be :

3 log (2x)   = 4    we can write this as

log(2x)^3  = 4

log (8x^3)  = 4   which says that

10^4  = 8x^3

10,000 = 8x^3   divide both sides by 8

1250 = x^3     take the cube root of both sides

x = 5∛10

If this is suppoosed to be

3log2 x  = 4     then we can write

log2 x^3  = 4    and we have that, in exponetial form

2^4   = x^3

16 = x^3    take the cube root of both sides

2∛2  = x
