I have added this calc to our "Reference Material" sticky thread. 

It is in the calculator section - there are other good statistic calcs there as well. 

I refer to this thread almost every day.  

It would be good if all answerers familiarized themselves with what is in there.        

Assuming the distribution is Normal (Gaussian) then the percentage is 15.87%
