14 X 2=28 feet diameter of the track.

Circumference=28 X Pi(3.141592)=87.965 feet

87.965 X 4=351.86 feet that horse walked.

CIRCUMFERENCE is pi x DIAMETER of a circle.

DIAMETER is 2 x RADIUS (14 ft in this problem)

so the CIrcumference is

(2 x 14) x pi    and the horse walks around the circumference 4 times so:

(2x14) x pi x 4

28pi x 4

112 x pi = 351.858  feet
