Use f = c/w       where f= frequency   c = speed of light (3 x 10^8 m/s)   w = wavelength

f = (3 x 10^8 m/s) / 390 m        I think you can 'punch it out' from there.......right?

The answer will be in   /s   or Hz (hertz...cycles per second)
