Hi i am really stuck on of how to find the cicumference of a circle when giving the radius in scientifc notation and having to give my final answer in scientific notation

Pie is 3.16 whatever and r is radius
Multiply the radii times 2 then multiply product by pi and convert to scientific notation
Pi is not 3.16 according to my math professor it is 3.14
