10(1/5a+4)<10(1/5a-3)

$$\\10(\frac{a}{5}+4)<10(\frac{a}{5}-3)\\$$

divide both sides by 10

$$\frac{a}{5}+4<\frac{a}{5}-3\\\\$$

subtract a/5 from both sides

4<-3

this is NEVER true

No solution.

Perhaps this is not the question that you intended?  Perhaps you needed to use more brackets?
