I have now fixed the mistake.

x\ge0\\\\
x+10\le9\\
x\le -1\\\\
so\\
x\le -1 \quad and \quad x\ge 0\\\\$$

The Intersection is an empty set

x cannot be less than -1 and greater than 0 both at the same time!
